About Me
Hello! I’m Ozge Alay Uruk, a graduate of Süleyman Demirel University with a degree in Landscape Architecture in 2013. I also completed a dual major program in Forest Engineering. In 2022, I graduated from the Master’s Program with Thesis at Çanakkale 18 Mart University. Currently, I am taking a short break from my academic journey due to motherhood, but I plan to start a Ph.D. program soon.
Professional Experience
I began my career in landscape architecture at the Konya Metropolitan Municipality as a Landscape Architect from 2013 to 2015. Since 2015, I have been working as a Technical Expert (Landscape Architect) at the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. During this time, I have played active roles in various significant projects, including:
- Serving as a Landscape Architect in Control Organizations and Inspection Acceptance Organizations,
- Working as a Responsible Landscape Architect, Coordinator, and Technical Expert in landscape applications,
- Managing the design, planning, and implementation processes of numerous landscape projects.
Areas of Expertise
I possess extensive knowledge in landscape architecture and environmental design. My areas of expertise include:
- Architectural Design and Eco-Friendly Design
- 3D Modeling and visualization
- Lumion, CAD (Computer-Aided Design), SketchUP, AutoCAD
- Project Planning and Project Management
- European Union Support Projects
- Plant Knowledge and Care: I am an expert in plant selection, cultivation, and care. Plants are both a personal passion and a professional specialty.
